A single dose of CAPSTAR should kill the adult fleas on your pet. If your pet get reinfested, it is safe to give another dose as often as once per day. You will literally see fleas falling off your pet. CAPSTAR is also remarkably safe.
CAPSTAR is gentle on your pet. Capstar can be given to puppies and kittens four weeks and older, and may be used in pregnant and nursing bitches and in queens. Your pet can be treated anytime you see a flea, as often as once a day, and once it has done it's duty, CAPSTAR is completely eliminated from your pet's system within 24-48 hours. INGREDIENT

CAPSTAR is given orally at the minimal dose of 1mg nitenpyram per kg body weight
Cats & Dogs between 1-11kg
1 tablet of CAPSTAR 11.4mg
CAPSTAR should be given orally, with or without food, on any day when fleas are seen on the animal. No more than one treatment should be given per day.
If a continuous flea infestation is observed after using CAPSTAR, the attending veterinarian should be consulted for further advice.
For the first hour after administration, the pet may scratch more than normal. This effect is caused by the fleas reacting to the product.
