The Seachem DuoPad is a dual surface algae pad for glass & acrylic. It features a non-scratch function. The pad has 2 sides, a melamine foam side and a durable scrubbing side. The a melamine foam side uses micro abrasive technology to remove algae from the sides of your aquarium, while the scrubbing side allows you to clean the rougher grooves of rocks and driftwood. It is particularly effective at removing algae from scratches. It is chemically inert and does not use soaps or detergents. The product features a white colour, which contrasts against dark algae making it easier to see when areas are clean.
